Terms & Conditions of Sale

  • No account is opened unless particulars have been verified in writing.
  • Accounts are strictly 30 days.
  • All good remain the property of Bonnyrigg Tiles until paid in full.
  • Cancellations and returned goods 20% handling charge and with the following conditions:
    • a. Returned goods must be within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
    • b. Tiles returned must be more than 3 boxes.
    • c. Goods must be in original cartons and unopened.
    • d. Goods must be of same tonality in stock.
    • e. Goods must be accompanied by an invoice number.
    • f. The responsibility & cost of returning goods for credits in our store is solely that of the customer.
  • All goods must be checked prior to laying to ensure they are the correct colour and batch/shade.
  • No claim will be accepted once materials have been fixed or tiles are laid.
  • All goods must be inspected on delivery or pick-up otherwise no claims will be taken after the goods are received.
  • No tiles guaranteed against crazing. Crazing is classified as traditional of the trade.
  • Returns are not accepted for good purchased during a sale period or on special.
  • Bonnyrigg Tiles accepts no responsibility in respect of any variations between the samples shown and actual tiles supplied.
  • Goods must be installed strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or guidelines, any relevant Australian Standards. We are not responsible for any goods failure caused by the customers failure to comply with this requirement.
  • We recommend the customer employ the skills of a qualified tradesman to install the goods even if we recommended that tradesman to the customer.
  • All goods must be picked up within 60 days upon arrival (Notified on arrival).
